Today we started building prototype homes for our rebuilding of villages in the near future. We plan to work on semi-temporary and permanent option using several building methods and materials. We are open for suggestions and comments. If you would like to view the houses, you are welcome to visit us at our office in Wegain Zone, Boudha where we are building these homes. We will be posting more information as we go. 

We started building temporary shelters in Dandagaun, Kavre on May 23rd.

Since we started our emergency relief effort on May 29th to support the victims of the April 25th EARTHQUAKE we have been able to help 60 villages which translates to 5500 households as of today. On an average our tarps are 10 x 13 feet and our mattress are 6 x 4 feet. Besides the tarps and foam mattress we also distributed food, medicines and solar lamps.
